We’ve been refining Miles, the AI Consultant inside BizerAI. A problem with AI LLM’s today is that they are too agreeable. If you ask it whether your idea is good, it almost always says yes. That feels supportive in the moment, but it isn’t useful for entrepreneurs who need clarity and reality checks.
This week we updated Miles to be more direct. He’s now more comfortable challenging assumptions, asking tougher questions, and pointing out when an idea might not be strong. The goal isn’t to discourage, but to sharpen thinking. A consultant who never tells you that you’re wrong isn’t really consulting.
Entrepreneurs will now experience conversations where Miles may push back, offer counterpoints, or suggest that a different direction is stronger. This makes Bizer’s AI consultant feel more like a seasoned business partner, not a passive chatbot.
Next up: We’re working on giving Miles small analogies to explain complex ideas quickly. That way, when he challenges a decision, he can also give you a simple way to reframe the problem and see it differently.
