Bizer Score & Your Roadmap

A simple 100–500 read on how strong your business really is — and a clear plan to make it stronger.

Most owners have a *feeling* about how their business is doing, but no number they trust. The Bizer Score is that number: a single 100–500 read on your business's strength — a bit like a credit score, but for your whole business. It's earned by real evidence across the four things every business runs on, so it tells you the truth instead of flattering you.

The four areas it looks at are Money, Customers, Work, and Management. And it's *gated* on purpose — one strong area can't hide a weak one and inflate the number. That honesty is the point: a score you can act on beats a score that makes you feel good.

How it works

  1. You start with a Preliminary score. Before you answer anything, Miles researches what he can find about your business and gives you a starting number, marked “Preliminary.” It's a first draft, not a verdict.
  2. You firm it up by answering a short assessment. A guided questionnaire across the four areas — multiple choice plus a few open answers. As you answer, the score locks in and usually climbs.
  3. It keeps itself honest as you use Bizer. This is the best part: the score watches your real activity. Connect your bank, save your customers, reconcile your books — and the matching answers upgrade themselves. You don't re-take the quiz; the score just gets more *proven* over time.
  4. You get a Boost plan. Bizer lists your open gaps, each with the exact points you'd gain by closing it, ranked so you always know the highest-value next move — and each one links straight to the tool or module that proves it.
  5. Turn it into a real 90-day roadmap. For the owners who want the full plan, Bizer can generate a week-by-week, 90-day roadmap to fix your weakest area — dropped into Get Work Done as an actual project with tasks. (Unlocking the full roadmap is a one-time paid add-on.)

What it helps you do

  • Know where you actually stand with one honest number instead of a gut feeling.
  • See your weakest area — the one thing that, fixed, moves the needle most.
  • Watch progress happen as the score climbs from your real work, not busywork.
  • Walk into a bank or an advisor conversation with evidence, not vibes.

Questions business owners ask

Is my score private? Yes. It lives in your own workspace and it's yours. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it — for example, by creating a verified report to hand a lender.

What's the difference between Preliminary and Verified? *Preliminary* is the starting estimate from what Miles could find. *Verified* means backed by real, connected evidence. You can also buy a one-time Verified Score report — a dated, lender-ready PDF and share link showing exactly how much of your score is backed by connected data. Everyday use of your score is free; only that formal report costs anything.

Do I have to connect everything to get a good score? No, but connecting is how answers become *proven* rather than self-reported — and proven evidence is what makes the number solid. You can go as far as you're comfortable; the score is honest about what it can and can't see.

Will my score drop? It can — some strengths fade if a practice lapses, and Bizer will warn you before that happens so you can refresh it. A score that only ever goes up wouldn't be telling the truth.

Does this replace an accountant or a business consultant? No — it helps you show up already knowing your strengths, your gaps, and your next move. The pros are still worth it for the big decisions; the score just means you're not starting from scratch.

Do I have to pay to see my score? No. Seeing your score, your Boost plan, and where you stand is free. The two optional paid add-ons are the full 90-day roadmap and the formal Verified report — everything else is included.
