Business Plan

A real business plan you build by talking it through with Miles — one section at a time.

“Write a business plan” is on every owner's list and almost nobody's done list — because a blank template is intimidating and the examples online don't fit your business. Business Plan makes it doable: you *talk it through* with Miles, section by section, and he writes each part in plain language. No blank page, no jargon — just a conversation that turns into a real plan.

And it's a *living* plan, not a one-time homework assignment. It grows as your business does, and when it's complete you can turn it into a polished document to print or share.

How it works

  1. See the eight sections. A standard business plan is eight parts — company description, products and services, market and competition, marketing and sales, your team, operations, and the financial plan. Each shows whether it's started.
  2. Talk each one through with Miles. Tap “Discuss with Miles” on a section and he asks what he needs, then writes it up for you. Miles also fills sections as you chat with him during setup, so some may already be started.
  3. Edit anything yourself. Prefer to write or tweak a section by hand? Every section is yours to edit directly.
  4. Watch it fill in. A simple progress line shows how many of the eight sections you've started, so you always know what's left.
  5. Generate the finished plan. Once all eight sections have content, Miles writes an executive summary and combines everything into one clean PDF you can print, save, or hand to a bank.

What it helps you do

  • Actually finish the plan you've been meaning to write, without the blank-page dread.
  • Put it in plain words, because Miles writes it in language a real person understands.
  • Keep it current — a living plan that grows with the business, not a document you write once and lose.
  • Walk into the bank prepared with a polished, complete plan on paper.

Questions business owners ask

Do I have to write anything? Not if you don't want to. You can build the whole thing by talking to Miles — he asks the questions and writes the answers. Editing by hand is there if you prefer it.

Do I need a finished plan to use Bizer? No. The plan is a tool for when you want one — for a loan, an investor, or just your own clarity. Plenty of owners fill it in gradually over time.

When can I generate the PDF? Once all eight sections have something in them. Until then, Bizer nudges you toward the empty ones — the finished document needs the whole picture.

Does Miles just make things up? No — he builds each section from what you tell him and what he already knows about your business. If he's missing something, he asks rather than inventing it.

Is my plan private? Yes. It lives in your workspace. The only time it leaves is when you generate the PDF and choose to share or print it.
