Call Miles
Talk to Miles out loud — like a phone call — right from the app.
Sometimes typing isn't practical — you're driving between jobs, your hands are full, or you just think better out loud. Call Miles lets you have a natural spoken conversation with Miles, your Bizer assistant, whenever it suits you.
You do the talking; Miles listens and replies in real time, in a friendly voice. While you chat, Miles can pull up what it already knows about your business to answer accurately. The moment you hang up, it reviews the whole conversation and gets to work — turning what you said into to-dos, notes, and calendar suggestions, so nothing slips through the cracks.
How a call works
- Start the call. Tap the phone icon at the top of your Miles chat and confirm. Your device asks for microphone permission the first time — say yes.
- Just talk. Miles greets you and answers out loud, back and forth, in real time. Live captions appear on screen, and you can mute yourself or hang up anytime.
- Miles looks things up as you go. Need a detail? Miles can check your notes, contacts, tasks, and calendar mid-conversation — without changing anything yet.
- Hang up and it handles the rest. Miles reads back over the entire call, captures your to-dos, updates what it remembers, and lines up any calendar events for your approval, then sends you a short recap.
During the call vs. after
To keep things safe, Miles never changes anything while you're still talking. While you're on the call it chats naturally, answers questions, and looks up your notes, contacts, tasks, and calendar. Right after you hang up it captures your to-dos, saves what's worth remembering, suggests calendar events for your approval, and writes a recap. Anything sensitive — like adding a calendar event — waits for your one-tap approval.
Questions business owners ask
Is this a real phone call? Does it use my minutes? No. The call happens inside the Bizer app over your internet connection — there's no number to dial and it doesn't touch your phone plan or minutes.
How long can a call last? Up to about 30 minutes. If you need more, just hang up and start a fresh call — everything from the first one is already saved.
What do I need? A phone, tablet, or computer with a working microphone, and permission for Bizer to use it. Headphones help but are optional.
Will Miles actually do the things I ask? Yes — just after you hang up rather than mid-sentence. It captures to-dos and updates its memory on its own, and prepares anything sensitive for your one-tap approval.
Where does the conversation go? Every call is saved as its own "Call with Miles" conversation, with a written transcript and Miles's recap you can reopen anytime.
Will Miles remember it next time? Yes. Anything worth keeping is added to its memory of your business, so your next chat or call already has the context.
Is my conversation private? The call and transcript are saved to your own business workspace and tied to your account — they're for you, the owner.
The call won't start or it dropped — what now? Usually it's microphone permission: allow Bizer to use your mic, then try again. If a call drops partway through, just hang up — whatever you covered is still saved and reviewed.
