Get Work Done

Everything you've got to do, out of your head and into one trusted list.

The mental load of running a business is brutal — a hundred half-remembered to-dos rattling around, and the nagging fear you're forgetting one. Get Work Done is where you set that down. It's a simple, trusted system for capturing everything you need to do and organizing it so the right task surfaces at the right time — and Miles can capture, sort, and even do the work with you.

It follows a proven method (the same “capture it all, then decide” approach productivity folks swear by), but you don't need to know any of that. You just get a clear list, a “Today,” and projects for the bigger stuff.

How it works

  1. Capture everything. Dump every to-do into your Inbox — no organizing yet, just get it out of your head. Miles can capture tasks for you too, straight from a chat or an email.
  2. Sort it into lists. Move each task where it belongs: Next (do soon), Waiting (on someone else), Scheduled (a specific day), or Someday (maybe later). Today gathers what's due or scheduled now, so you always know where to start.
  3. Group the big stuff into projects. A project holds its tasks plus a “what does done look like?” outcome — and a timeline where Miles posts updates, wins, and follow-ups about it.
  4. Hand things off. On a team you can assign a task to a teammate, or delegate it to one of your AI agents — Miles's org chart of specialists — to actually do.
  5. Let some tasks finish themselves. Certain tasks check themselves off when Bizer sees you've done the thing (like connecting your bank), and a “waiting” task linked to an email quietly watches for the reply.
  6. Work it with Miles. Stuck on a vague to-do? “Discuss with Miles” turns it into a clear next step, and he can run a weekly review with you to keep the whole list honest.

What it helps you do

  • Empty your head — everything captured, nothing rattling around at 2am.
  • Know what to do now with a “Today” that cuts through the whole list.
  • Finish the big things by grouping tasks into projects with a clear finish line.
  • Share the load by assigning work to teammates or delegating it to Miles's agents.

Questions business owners ask

Do I have to learn a whole productivity system? No. It's set up to just work — capture, then drag things where they fit. The method is under the hood; you get a clear list and a “Today.”

How does Miles capture tasks? Whenever you mention something that needs doing — in a chat, from an email he's helping with — he can log it as a task with a due date, so you don't have to stop and type it yourself.

What's the difference between assigning to a teammate and delegating to an agent? A teammate is a real person on your team; an AI agent is one of Miles's specialists that can actually do the task. A task goes to one or the other, not both.

What does “auto-completes when verified” mean? Some tasks are tied to real evidence — connect a bank, save customers — and Bizer ticks them off automatically once it sees you've done it. No busywork checking boxes.

Can my team delete my tasks? No — members can add and work tasks, but deleting stays with the owner, so your list can't be wiped out by accident.
