Marketing
Your brand, website, social, and campaigns — organized in one place, with Miles to help.
Marketing is the part most owners do in scraps — a post here, a flyer there, a logo saved in three different sizes and none of them findable. Marketing pulls it into one place: your brand, your website, your social accounts, your campaigns, and your research, organized so you can actually run it instead of winging it. And Miles is right there to do the heavy lifting.
It's less a dashboard to admire and more a workbench: set up your brand once, track what you're doing, and see what's working — with honest blanks where you haven't connected something yet.
How it works
- Set your brand once. In Branding, save your colors, fonts, taglines, and voice, and store your logo and assets — so everything Miles designs for you stays on-brand, and you stop hunting for the right logo file.
- Track your channels. Add your social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more) with your follower and engagement numbers, and note your website and Google Business listing.
- Run real campaigns. Build a campaign with a goal, channels, audience, budget, dates, and the numbers (KPIs) you're aiming for — then track it from draft to active to done.
- See your numbers when connected. Connect your website or Google Business and Marketing shows real traffic and listing insights — views, visitors, top pages, calls, reviews. Not connected yet? It says so plainly instead of showing a fake chart.
- Put Miles on research. In Market Research, ask Miles to look into a competitor, a trend, or pricing — he researches and saves the notes for you, flagged as his.
What it helps you do
- Keep your brand consistent with colors, fonts, and logos in one spot Miles can use.
- Run campaigns with intention — a goal, a budget, and numbers to hit, not guesswork.
- See what's actually working once your website and listing are connected.
- Hand the research to Miles and get saved notes back instead of a dozen open tabs.
Questions business owners ask
Do I have to connect anything? No. Branding, social tracking, campaigns, and research all work by hand. Connecting your website or Google Business just *adds* live analytics on top — it's optional.
Does Marketing post to my social accounts for me? Not today — the social section is for tracking your accounts and numbers, not auto-posting. Miles can help you *write* posts and design graphics; you publish them.
Where do the website and listing numbers come from? From your own connected website platform (WordPress, Wix, or Shopify) and your Google Business profile. Until you connect them, those sections show a connect prompt rather than made-up figures.
Can Miles design my marketing? Yes — using your saved brand, Miles can make flyers, graphics, and posts (his Graphic Design know-how is always on). Marketing is where the brand and assets he uses live.
Is this only for people with a marketing budget? No. Plenty of it — brand setup, social tracking, and Miles's research and design help — costs nothing to use and works even if you've never spent a dollar on ads.
