Miles Memory
The shared brain where Miles keeps everything he knows about your business — and you can read it too.
The frustrating thing about most assistants is that they forget. You explain something once, and next week you're explaining it again. Miles Memory is the opposite: it's the shared brain where Miles keeps what he learns about your business — your customers, your history, how you like things done — written down as notes you can open and read yourself. You and Miles share the same memory.
Because it's written down, Miles's help gets sharper the more you use Bizer. And because *you* can see it, it's never a black box — it's more like a notebook the two of you keep together.
How it works
- Miles writes as he learns. Research a customer, work through a problem, notice how you write — Miles saves it as a note. Open Memory in the menu and it's all there, sorted into folders like Pages, Daily, Notebook, and Sources.
- Every note is plain and readable. Each one is a simple page you can open, read, and edit. Nothing is hidden or in code — it reads like notes a smart assistant took for you.
- Add your own. Tap “+ New note” to jot anything you want Miles to remember. From then on he can draw on it.
- Bring your memory in from elsewhere. Switching from ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI tool? You can import your exported history, and Miles doesn't just store it — he pulls out the people, organizations, and projects inside and files them where they belong.
- It powers everything Miles does. Because his memory is real, his next chat, email draft, or suggestion already has the context — no re-explaining.
What it helps you do
- Stop repeating yourself — say it once and Miles remembers.
- See exactly what Miles knows, and fix or add to it any time.
- Keep the story of your business in one place instead of scattered across your head and a dozen apps.
- Carry your history over from other AI tools instead of starting cold.
Questions business owners ask
Is my memory private? Yes. It lives in your own business workspace, for you and your team. It isn't published anywhere, and imports are processed just for your account.
Can I edit or delete what Miles wrote? Absolutely. Every note is yours to open, change, or remove. If Miles got something wrong, fix the note and he'll use the corrected version.
What can I bring in from other tools? Exports from ChatGPT and Claude (their .zip files), and memory files from OpenClaw or Hermes. There are sensible per-import limits (a handful of files at a time), and same-day uploads stack rather than overwrite — so nothing gets clobbered.
Do I have to organize it? No. Miles files things for you. The folders are just so you (and he) can find things fast.
What if Miles hasn't written anything yet? That's normal at the start — the page will say so. Once you finish setting up your business, his notes start showing up on their own.
