Org Chart

Build a team of AI agents — each with a job — and put them to work alongside you.

You can't clone yourself — but you can come close. Org Chart lets you build a team of AI agents, each with a role and a focus, working under you like staff. You're the CEO at the top; beneath you, agents you've “hired” own different parts of the business — marketing, follow-ups, bookkeeping — so work can be handed off instead of piling on you.

It's the difference between one assistant doing everything and a real team where each member has a job. And because each agent has its own focus, the help you get is sharper than a jack-of-all-trades ever could be.

How it works

  1. You're the CEO. At the top of the chart is you, with Miles as your lead agent — your chief of staff — already in place.
  2. Hire an agent. Tap “Hire an agent” and give it an identity: a name, a title (like “Head of Marketing”), and a mandate — what it owns and focuses on. Pick a specialty and, if you like, a personality.
  3. Set who reports to whom. Place each agent under a manager to build a real chain of command. Managers can hand work down to the agents who report to them.
  4. Give them the right tools. By default an agent can use every skill you've enabled; you can narrow an agent to just the skills that fit its job.
  5. Put them to work. From Get Work Done, delegate a task to any agent and it takes it on. Pause an agent to set it aside, or bring it back any time.

What it helps you do

  • Delegate like you have staff, handing off whole areas instead of doing it all yourself.
  • Get sharper help from agents with a single focus, not one assistant stretched thin.
  • Build a chain of command where managers pass work down.
  • Scale your effort without hiring — a team that's ready the moment you need it.

Questions business owners ask

Are these real people? No — the agents in your Org Chart are AI workers, each a focused version of Miles with its own role. The humans on your business (you and any teammates) are the leadership; the agents are the staff beneath.

Do I have to build a whole team? Not at all. Miles as your chief of staff is enough for most owners. The org chart is there for when you want to split work into focused roles — add one agent or a dozen, your call.

How is this different from Your Team? Your Team is real people you invite (paid seats). Org Chart is your AI staff. One is human help; the other is Miles, organized into specialists.

How do I actually use an agent? Mainly by delegating tasks to it in Get Work Done, or by chatting with it. A manager agent can also pass work to the agents under it.

Does adding agents cost more? Building your org chart of AI agents is part of Bizer — it's not per-seat like human teammates. What uses resources is the AI *work* they do, which draws from your plan's included allowance like any Miles task.
