Your Advisor

A real human business advisor, a tap away — starting with a free intro call.

Miles is with you every day — but sometimes you want to talk to a *person* who's helped businesses like yours. Your Advisor gives you that: a real, human business advisor you can book a call with, right from the app. Someone to think through the big decisions with, gut-check a plan, or just talk to when running it alone gets heavy.

And the first conversation is free — no card, no commitment — so you can see if it helps before you spend anything.

How it works

  1. Meet your advisor. You're matched with a Bizer advisor — a real person with a profile, background, and the things they help with.
  2. Book your free intro call. Your first conversation is on the house. Pick an open time in the next couple of weeks, add a note about what's on your mind, and you're booked.
  3. Keep going if it clicks. Want more? You can book sessions one at a time, or go on a monthly retainer for unlimited sessions — whichever fits how often you want the help.
  4. Talk it through. Each session is a focused half-hour on whatever you bring — a decision, a plan, a problem. Miles handles the day-to-day; your advisor is for the human, strategic conversations.

What it helps you do

  • Get a second opinion from a person who's seen businesses like yours.
  • Think through the big calls out loud instead of alone.
  • Start free and only pay if the help proves worth it.
  • Have someone in your corner for the days running it solo feels heavy.

Questions business owners ask

Is the first call really free? Yes — your intro call costs nothing, and you don't need to enter a card to book it. It's there so you can try it with zero risk.

What does it cost after that? Sessions are $149 each if you want them one at a time, or $249 a month for a retainer with unlimited sessions. You choose — there's no pressure to go beyond the free intro.

How long is a session, and how do I book? Each is about 30 minutes. You pick from your advisor's open times over the next two weeks, in your own timezone; paid sessions check out securely, free and retainer ones book straight away.

Does this replace Miles? No — they're a team. Miles does the daily work and keeps everything running; your advisor is a human for the strategic, judgment-call conversations. You get both.

What if none of the times work? You can email your advisor directly to find a time that fits — the booking calendar is the easy path, not the only one.
