Your Team

Bring the people who help you into Bizer — so everyone's working from the same page.

The day you stop being the only one touching the business, things start slipping between the cracks — a job someone else handled, a customer only they talked to. Your Team brings the people who help you into Bizer as members, so everyone's working from the same page: the same customers, the same projects, the same Miles. You stay in charge; they get what they need to help.

Each teammate gets their own seat and their own login. They can see the business and pitch in — but the keys (deleting things, changing settings) stay with you.

How it works

  1. Invite by email. In your Team settings, enter a teammate's email and send the invite. They get a link, accept, and land in your workspace — no separate account to juggle.
  2. They do a quick intro with Miles. Instead of your full business setup, a new member answers a few short questions from Miles — their role, what they're responsible for, anything he should know — so Miles can tailor help to them.
  3. They pitch in, safely. Members can see everything and add people, organizations, and projects. What they *can't* do is delete things or change your business settings — those stay owner-only.
  4. You manage the seats. See who's active, who's still finishing setup, and who's got a pending invite. Remove someone any time and their seat is released.

What it helps you do

  • Get everyone on the same page — one shared set of customers, projects, and history.
  • Delegate without losing the thread, since the work lives in Bizer instead of someone's head.
  • Give help without giving up control — members contribute, but can't delete or change settings.
  • Put Miles to work for the whole team, tailored to each person's role.

Questions business owners ask

What does a teammate cost? Each active member seat is $29 a month, added to your plan. Remove a member and that seat — and its charge — is released.

Can a member break something or see things I'd rather keep private? Members can view the workspace and add records, but they can't delete anything or touch your business settings. It's built so an extra pair of hands can help without risk to your data.

Do members set up their own business in Bizer? No — they join *yours*. They skip the business setup entirely and just do a short role intro with Miles, then they're in your shared workspace.

What if I'm a solo owner? Then you don't need any of this — Bizer works perfectly as a team of one. Your Team is here for the day you bring someone on, not a step you have to take.

Can I take someone off later? Yes, any time. Removing a member frees their seat immediately, and you stop paying for it.
