Learn what customers actually want, from real conversations

The pattern across your conversations — which problem came up most, and who showed real evidence rather than politeness.

What to ask

I'm doing my customer conversations. After each one I'll tell you what I heard and you log it against that person in People. At the end, tell me what the pattern is: which problem came up most, who felt it most, and whether anyone showed real evidence — something they already do or pay — rather than just interest. Then write what we learned into my Market Analysis plan section, and what people currently pay or use into Competitive Analysis.
