Conversion Funnel Analytics: your PostHog funnels in Bizer

Connect your PostHog project and see funnels, trends and your top events in Bizer, with where people drop off. Read-only.

Conversion Funnel Analytics shows your own PostHog data inside Bizer: the funnels you care about, how many people reach each step, and where they leave. It only reads your PostHog project. It never changes anything there.

Connect PostHog

  1. In PostHog, open Settings, then Personal API keys, and create a key.

Give it Query Read access to your project. A key that starts with `phx_` is the right kind; a project key (`phc_`) can only send events.

  1. Find your project ID: it's the number in your project's address, for

example `us.posthog.com/project/12345`.

  1. In Bizer, open Connections, tap PostHog, and

paste both. Bizer checks the key can read your project first, on PostHog's US or EU cloud, and keeps it sealed. You never pick a region.

Funnels

A funnel is a list of steps in order. Write each step as an event name, or an event narrowed by one of its properties:

  • `$pageview, signed_up, purchase`
  • `signup_step[step=1], signup_step[step=2], signup_step[step=3]`

Only events with narrows every step at once (`flow=launch`). Days back sets how far back to look (30 if you leave it empty).

Save a funnel once and it stays in the list. Tap Open to see how many people started and finished, the conversion, the chart of each step, and the step where the most people leave.

Trend and Top events

  • Trend draws one event day by day, with how many people sent it.
  • Top events lists what your project tracks, most frequent first. Use these

names in a funnel.

Ask Miles

With PostHog connected, Miles can answer "where are people dropping off?" in chat. He reads the same funnels, trends and events, and can run his own PostHog queries for questions the app doesn't cover.

What it costs

Nothing extra. PostHog bills you for your own project as usual, and these lookups don't draw on your plan's monthly budget. PostHog limits how many queries a project can run an hour; if you hit it, try again a little later.
