Chatting with Miles
Send a message, attach or photograph a receipt or contract, follow up with one tap, and see where a fact came from.
Sending a message
Type a message and press the up arrow (↑) or Enter.
Attaching a file, or taking a photo
Tap the + beside the message box. It offers two things:
- Attach files — pick from this device
- Use camera — shoot a photo right there and send it
Either way you can send:
- Images — JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC
- PDFs
Files must be under 8 MB. Miles can see the file and respond to it, which makes this the fastest path for receipts, contracts, screenshots, and job-site photos. A photographed receipt can go straight into Money with the amount, date, vendor and category already extracted.
On a phone or tablet, Use camera opens your device's own camera app. On a computer it opens a viewfinder in the page — allow camera access when your browser asks, and the shot attaches exactly like a picked photo does.
Follow-up suggestions
Tap-sized follow-ups appear under Miles's replies. Tap one to send it — useful when you know roughly what you want next but not how to phrase it.
Generated images
Ask for a logo or a social graphic and the image appears in the chat with a download button. It's also saved into your Branding asset library automatically.
Context chips
A chip above a reply tells you where a fact came from — *From the Stream · Sandra's invoice*. If an answer surprises you, the chip is where you check it.
> Miles's answers combine a live web search with your own business context. Web > sources appear as numbered References you can open; your own facts stay > private and are never mixed into that list.
