Threads and specialist hats

Keep Marketing talk out of your Money talk by giving each topic its own named conversation.

Threads are named conversations, so you can keep topics separate — a Marketing thread, a Money thread, a thread per big customer.

Start a thread

From Messages, tap + → New Miles thread. Optionally give it a specialist hat:

• Marketing
• Money
• Operations
• Sales

The hat changes the mindset Miles brings — a Money-hatted thread reaches for margins and cash position before it reaches for brand voice.

Rename or delete

Use the ⋯ menu in the chat header. The default General thread can't be deleted.

Threads with your other agents

If you've hired specialists in the Org Chart, you can hold threads with them directly, not only with Miles.
