Get paid: Stripe Checkout and manual payments

Send a Pay Now link, or record a payment you took by cash, card or transfer.

Two ways to close an invoice, and both post income to your ledger.

Pay Now (💳)

Sends the customer to Stripe Checkout. Requires a Stripe connection. When they pay, the payment posts automatically — you don't touch anything.

Mark Paid (✓)

Records a manual payment for cash, a bank transfer, or a card you ran yourself.

Either way the amount posts as income and shows up in Reports and on the dashboard.
