How your connected accounts are secured
Where access tokens live, what Bizer can and can't see, and why Miles still asks before acting.
When you connect an account, the access tokens are encrypted and held where only Bizer's secure backend can use them. Your passwords are never seen by Bizer — you sign in on the provider's own site.
For the Money integrations, your accounting and bank tokens live with the integration provider, not on Bizer.
Two layers, always on
- Scopes — a connection grants exactly the access you approved on the
provider's consent screen, and nothing more.
- Approval — Miles never sends an email, creates an event, or takes any outside
action without your explicit Send now tap. See the approval gate.
Cutting access
Connections → disconnect any single service, or disconnect all at once. You can also revoke Bizer's access from the provider's own security settings.
