Invite teammates and manage seats

Add people to your workspace by email, see who holds a seat, and release one when someone leaves.

From Settings → Team you can:

• Invite members by email. They get an invitation to join your workspace.
• See your seats and who's on the team.
• Remove a member, which releases their seat.

What happens when you invite someone

They sign in with Google, answer a short role questionnaire, and then work inside your business with their own Miles, sharing your business's data. See What a team member sees.

Removing someone

Removing a member releases the seat immediately and cuts their access to the business. Their own account still exists; it just no longer reaches your workspace.
