Projects
Group related tasks under a named outcome, and park the ones that aren't now.
A project is any outcome that takes more than one step. Create one with a name and an optional successful outcome statement — one sentence describing what "done" looks like — then assign tasks to it.
Projects can be:
- Active — you're working it now.
- Someday — parked, deliberately.
- Done — finished.
Why the outcome statement matters
*"Website"* is not a project; *"New website live with a working quote form"* is. The second one tells you whether you're finished. Miles uses it too, when he suggests next actions.

your projects.

to a project.
