Terms of service
Last updated: August 9, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Bizer ("Bizer", "we", "us"), a small-business app with an AI assistant ("Miles"). By creating an account or using Bizer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and use Bizer for lawful business purposes.
The service
Bizer helps you run your business — organizing your work, your data, and your connected tools — and lets Miles assist you, including reading data from services you connect and preparing actions for your approval.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Tell us promptly at kelsi@gobizer.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your content
You own the content you create in Bizer. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you.
Connected services
When you connect a third-party service (such as Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or a payment/accounting tool), you authorize Bizer to access and use that data as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed for the features you enable. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.
AI assistance
Miles can be wrong. It may draft messages, suggest actions, and surface information that contains errors. Actions that send or change something require your approval, and you are responsible for reviewing anything important before it goes out. Miles does not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activity; no attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access; and no use that violates a connected provider's terms.
Fees
Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Pricing and any applicable terms are presented at purchase.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Bizer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bizer operates (to be specified). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
