Google Workspace
Email, calendar, and contacts your agent can actually work in.
Google · Productivity
What it is
Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive, and Meet on your own business domain. Connect the account you already have, or start a new Workspace. Once it is connected, an agent can read the inbox and tell you what needs you, draft the reply, find the hour that works, and put the meeting on the calendar.
What it lets an agent do
- Read your inbox Your agent catches up on what came in and tells you what needs you.
- Send email Drafts the reply in your voice and sends it.
- Read your calendar Knows what your week actually looks like before it suggests anything.
- Book time Puts the meeting on the calendar and invites the right people.
- Find a contact Pulls the right person out of your contacts without you searching.
Works with
Google Workspace is a Google account, not a Bizer one. Any agent that can complete Google's OAuth flow can read and send on your behalf. Bizer is one of them, and connecting it there takes two taps.
Why owners use it
- Your own domain on your email, so you stop sending quotes from a personal address
- Read access and send access are separate, and you can see exactly what you granted
- Already on Workspace? Connect the account you have and keep everything where it is
- Not tied to one agent: your Workspace stays yours whatever you connect it to
How it connects
Gmail (read and send), Calendar, Contacts (read)
