What this skill does
Reviews are the #1 thing you control in local search — how many, how recent, and whether you reply. Miles makes the ask actually happen, at the moment customers are happiest: right after the job's done and paid.
- The right moment — an invoice gets paid or a job wraps, and Miles offers
to send that customer a review request. One person, personally — never a blast.
- Text or email, your voice — a short, human ask with your Google review
link. You approve every send before it goes out.
- One polite follow-up — a few days later if nothing lands. Then it stops.
- Keeps score — who's been asked, who reviewed, so nobody gets double-asked
and you can watch the count climb.
- Replies too — when a review comes in, Miles drafts your response — fast
