Memory: Miles's brain
Plain-text notes you both share — browse them, correct them, and watch Miles get sharper.
Miles's business brain is a set of plain-text notes you both share. Nothing is hidden — you can read every note he writes, and edit any of them.
As you chat, Miles files notes about your customers, offerings, and goals.
Browsing
Notes are organized into folders:
- Pages — key information, one page per subject.
- Daily — an ongoing log.
- Sources — references.
Editing
Edit any note, or create one with + New note. Correcting a wrong note is the single fastest way to improve Miles's answers — he is reading exactly what you're reading.
Importing
Bring in past conversations from elsewhere. See Import past conversations.
> If an answer is off, open Memory before you rephrase the question. Usually the > problem is a note, not the prompt.
