People is your contacts hub for everyone you work with — customers, leads, vendors, partners, and team contacts. Miles keeps an intelligent page on each person and fills in details automatically as you chat.

Adding people

• + New person — first and last name, email, and notes.
• Import from a pasted list, a CSV, or Google Contacts. See

On a person's page

Edit their name, email, and notes, plus billing details:

• Billing email
• Billing address
• Tax ID
• Payment terms in days, e.g. Net 30

Billing details are used when you invoice them — and a missing billing email is the single most common reason an invoice won't send.

People vs Organizations

Use People for individuals and Organizations for companies and groups. Invoice either one.
