Your first-run setup with Miles

The first time you sign in, Miles runs a short setup that adapts to whether you already have a business, are starting one, or are something else entirely.

The first time you sign in, Miles guides you through a short setup so the app is useful immediately. Onboarding adapts to who you are.

Existing business

Miles asks for your business name and location, then does a quick bit of research — reading your website, reviews, and listings — and shows you a draft profile to confirm. Confirming it pre-fills your Stream and gives Miles context from day one, so his first answers already know what you do and who you serve.

Startup or founder

If you don't have a business yet, Miles asks what stage you're at — just an idea, validating, planning, setting it up, almost ready — and helps you build toward launch instead of pretending you already have customers.

Something else

Nonprofits, real-estate agents, freelancers, creators, and other kinds of organizations get a tailored path.

At the end

Miles introduces your free credit so you can try everything before choosing a plan. See Your free $20 for 28 days.

> Invited to a team? If you joined an existing business, you skip business setup > and answer a short questionnaire about your role instead, so Miles knows how to > help you specifically. See What a team member sees.

Redoing setup

Anything Miles drafted is editable later — your business details live in Settings → Manage account, and what Miles knows lives in Memory, as plain notes you can correct.
