Notebook: how it works
Capture what you read, hear and learn, with its source and tags, and Miles can bring it back when it matters.
Notebook is its own app: your notebook of what you read, hear and learn. Open it from your apps. A quote from a book, a lesson from a podcast, something a mentor told you.
Capture one
- Tap + Capture anything.
- Write it down in the big box: *What did you read, hear, or learn?*
- Add a Source if you like: a book, a podcast, a person.
- Add Tags, separated by commas, so you can find it later.
- Tap Save.
The first line becomes the entry's title, and the date you captured it is kept.
Find one
- Search your notebook with the box at the top. It looks through the text,
the source and the tags.
- Tap a tag to see only the entries with it. Tap it again to see them all.
Change or remove one
Open an entry and tap Edit, or Delete then Delete forever. Only the business owner can capture, edit or delete entries.
Miles knows it too
Every entry is saved as a note in Miles's Memory, in its Notebook folder. Miles searches and reads your entries when a question touches something you've learned, and quotes them back to you.
When you tell Miles a lesson worth keeping, he can offer to save it as a Notebook entry for you. He won't rewrite an entry you made.
What it costs
The Notebook is free on every plan, and so is Miles saving and recalling your entries.
