How The Stream works

Scroll, tap, dismiss, refresh — the four gestures that run your home feed.

The Stream is your personalized home feed — a ranked list of cards showing what's happening in your business and what to do next. Miles orders cards by freshness, what you've been working on, and what's overdue. It is not a chronological log; the most useful thing sits at the top.

How to use it

  • Scroll through your cards.
  • Tap a card to open a conversation with Miles about that item, with the

context already filled in. You never have to re-explain what the card was about.

  • Dismiss a card you don't need with the × in its corner.
  • Pull down to refresh for the latest cards. The Stream also updates on its own.
  • A green live dot by the title means new cards arrived since your last visit.

Card actions

Cards often carry action buttons — *Take the Score*, *Schedule*, *Tell me more* — that jump straight to the relevant screen or open Miles with the right context already loaded.

Where cards come from

Miles writes them from your data, your connections, your scheduled jobs, and what he knows about your goals. The daily briefing card can be turned off in Agent settings.

Frequently asked

Why did a card disappear from my Stream?
Cards age out as they stop being relevant, and dismissing one with the × removes it for good. Anything a card pointed at — a task, an invoice, a person — still lives in its own module.
Can I turn off the daily briefing card?
Yes. Settings → My Agent has a toggle for the morning briefing, and a button to run one right now.
