Schedule: calendar events and Miles automations

One timeline combining Google Calendar with the recurring jobs Miles runs for you.

Schedule is one timeline that combines your Google Calendar events and Miles automations. Filter with the All / Calendar / Miles tabs.

Calendar events

If Google Calendar is connected, upcoming events appear with title, time, location, and attendee count.

To add one: + → New calendar event, fill in the details, and Queue approval — then approve it in Miles to write it to Google Calendar. See the approval gate. If Calendar isn't connected, a banner on the screen lets you connect it.

Miles schedules

Recurring or one-time jobs Miles runs for you, each producing a card on your Stream.

+ → New Miles schedule takes:

  • A name
  • A description of what Miles should do
  • A cadence — once, daily, weekly, or monthly
  • A timezone
  • An enabled toggle

Edit a schedule to Run now, pause/resume, or delete it.

When a run fails

The error shows on the schedule itself, and Miles retries automatically. Run now tries again immediately once you've fixed the cause.

> Miles schedules produce *Stream cards*. To schedule a to-do for yourself, use the > Scheduled list in Get Work Done instead.
