Join your employer's team
Sign in with your work email and Bizer looks for the business you work for, so you can ask its owner to add you.
If you work for a business, you can ask to join its team on Bizer. Go to Get started → I'm an employee → Join my employer's team, or Settings → Join a business.
Found from your work email
If you signed in with your work email, say taylor@bordelonmarine.com, Bizer looks for the business that goes with bordelonmarine.com:
- The business is on Bizer. You see its name and town under **Is this where you
work? Tap Ask to join**. The owner gets your request and approves or declines it in Team settings. Asking never adds you on its own.
- It has a Bizer Profile, but nobody runs it yet. You see the profile and can open
it. Nobody can approve you until the owner takes over the page.
Bizer only looks when your email is verified, and never for gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com or another public mail service, because everyone shares those. You see the business's name and town, never the owner's name or email.
With a team code or the owner's email
If nothing is found, or it isn't the right business, ask the owner for the team code from their Team settings, or enter the email they use for Bizer.
Your work email doesn't make you the owner
A work email shows you work at a business, not that you own it. So an employee's account can't claim the business's Bizer Profile or publish one for it. The owner, or someone Bizer verifies in person, does that.
