Your focus area: how Bizer picks what's next

Sixteen quadrants is a lot, but you never have to guess where to start — Bizer picks one focus area for you. It looks at your VALO Score progress, finds the pillar that's furthest behind, and points you at that pillar's current phase. One quadrant, one short checklist, always your highest-leverage next move.

Do this

1. Understand the pick: each pillar sits in its current phase — the first phase whose checklist isn't done yet.
2. The focus goes to the lowest-ranking pillar: the one stuck in the earliest phase, because it's what's gating your score.
3. When pillars are tied, the one with the least completed in that phase wins — so the focus always lands on the biggest gap.
4. Find it flagged as 'Your focus area' on the Score screen, work its Blueprint, and the Framework re-aims at the next one.

How the Focus Area Is Chosen

Bizer re-computes your focus area from your Blueprint progress:

1. Each pillar's current phase = the first phase (Start → Build → Grow → Exit) whose checklist isn't 100% complete. 2. Focus goes to the pillar in the EARLIEST phase — the lowest- ranking pillar is what's holding your VALO Score at its gate. 3. Tie? The pillar with the LOWEST completion in that phase wins (and on a dead-even tie, foundations go first: Viability → Operations → Acquisition → Leadership).

That pillar + phase is your focus quadrant. Complete its checklist and your score climbs past the gate — then the Framework points you at the next weakest spot. You always have exactly one next move.
