Open a business bank account
A business bank account is the first real line between you and your company. It makes your books clean, your taxes simple, and your business look legitimate to anyone who matters — banks, lenders, and one day a buyer.
Do this
- Pick a bank — your current one is fine; ask for a free or low-fee business checking account.
- Gather what they need: your EIN (or SSN if sole proprietor), business name, and a form of ID.
- Open the account and order a debit card in the business name.
- Connect it in Bizer so your income and expenses start flowing in automatically.
