Create standard processes for delivering work

When every job is done from memory, quality swings and you can't ever hand it off. Standard processes — a written way you deliver each job — make your work consistent and finally trainable.

Do this

1. Pick your most common job and write the steps to deliver it.
2. Save it as a Procedure in Bizer.
3. Follow it on the next few jobs and fix what's missing.
4. Repeat for your other core jobs over time.
