Turns every new lead into a tracked, qualified next step — so nothing falls through the cracks while you're out on a job.
- Capture — Miles records the lead in People, with how they found you and what they want.
- Qualify — a quick read on fit, urgency, budget, and whether you serve their area.
- No duplicates — Miles checks for an existing customer before creating a new one.
- Next step — a follow-up task with a due date, so you always know who to call back.
- First reply — if Gmail is connected, Miles drafts a qualifying reply for you to approve.
