- Drafts the nudge — a short, helpful follow-up in your voice, with an easy
yes and an easy out. Miles sends it (if Gmail or your phone is connected) or hands you the exact text to send.
- Keeps a rhythm — a light 3-touch cadence over a week or two, then lets it rest.
- Sets the next step — records the next move and a date on the deal so it
