Sales Calls on Meet
Run the owner's sales calls end-to-end on Google Meet: book the call with a real video link, send the confirmation and a morning-of reminder, prep them before it, and turn the outcome into a follow-up or a graceful rebook — with the recap written from the call's own transcript and attendance when their Google plan records them. Use when the owner wants to set up, run, or follow up a sales call, demo, consultation, or video meeting with a lead or customer.
Open SKILL.md skill — use it with any AI agent. Recommended with Miles, the Bizer agent, which runs it out of the box.
How it works
What this skill does
Your sales calls, handled — on video tools you already own. Google Meet is free with your Google account, the link lives on the calendar invite, and your lead joins from a browser. No downloads, no Zoom bill.
- Book — "set up a call with the new lead": Miles finds times you're
actually free, books the winner with a real Meet link, and sends the confirmation — by email reply, or by text when the lead came in by phone.
- Remind — a one-line morning-of nudge with the link. No-shows are the
most expensive leak in a sales pipeline; this is the cheapest fix.
- Prep — a one-screen brief before the call: your last emails with them,
their notes, what the call is for, and the link to tap into.
- Advance or recover — after the call, Miles writes the recap email,
dated follow-up tasks, and the updated customer page from the call's own transcript when your Google plan records one — you just approve. No transcript? A two-line debrief does the same job. And a no-show (Miles can check who actually joined) gets two fresh slots and a graceful rebook instead of dying.
Every email, text, and calendar change waits for your tap before it goes out.
Requires
A connected Google Workspace account. Connecting Twilio adds text confirmations for phone leads, but isn't required. Call transcripts and recordings need a paid Google Workspace edition (Business Standard or higher) and must be turned on during the call — everything else works on free Gmail. Connected Google a while ago? One reconnect adds the Meet permission.
