Email Manager: how it works
Miles reads your Gmail or Outlook and sorts it into what needs you, replies he already drafted, what you're waiting on, what's safe to file, and FYI.
Email Manager is its own app. Open it from your apps (it's called Email), or go to bizer.app/inbox.
It needs your email connected. Tap Connect Google for Gmail or Connect Microsoft for Outlook. See Connections.
What it does
Each time you open it or tap ↻, Miles reads your newest inbox mail, up to 25 messages, alongside your projects and tasks. Then he sorts it into five lanes:

Each email says why it's there. When the first four lanes are empty, the screen tells you: "That's the bottom."
What you can do with an email
- Send reply: on a drafted email, send the draft as it is, or tap Edit
first to change it. It goes from your own Gmail or Outlook.
- File it: on a handled email, adds the Bizer/Filed label in Gmail. Or
tap File all to file the whole lane at once.
- Add: when an email implies a next step, add it to
Get Work Done with one tap.
- Open: opens the email in Gmail or Outlook.
- Not now: hides it from the list for now.
Miles never archives or deletes your mail. Filing only adds a label, so every email stays in your inbox.
Waiting on
When Miles sends an email for you that asks for something, like a quote or a payment, he can track it. It shows in Waiting on with how many days it's been quiet, longest first.
Gmail and Outlook
Both get the same five lanes. Filing works in Gmail only. If File it is missing in Gmail, or Outlook won't send a reply, reconnect the account and grant the permission it asks for.
The morning inbox brief
On the $28 plan, Miles also reads your inbox at 7 AM your time. If something needs you, a card lands on your Stream: "3 emails need you this morning". Tap Work the inbox to open Email Manager, or Triage with Miles to go through it in chat. A quiet inbox gets no card. Turn it off in Settings → Notifications → Morning inbox brief.
