What this skill does
Most business plans are written once and die. This one recomputes. Each section carries the numbers behind it as data, so the plan can be re-run against what actually happened — and updated when the two disagree.
What Miles does
- Captures the figures behind each section as you decide them — your price,
what it costs to deliver, your monthly costs, cash on hand, what you spend to win a customer.
- Recomputes the models from your real data whenever you ask: unit economics,
break-even, runway, and what a customer costs versus what they're worth.
- Flags drift — where the business has moved away from what the plan assumed,
biggest disagreement first — and updates the plan once you confirm the new number.
Every figure is marked as either your own live data or something you told him, so you always know which numbers are measured and which are still assumptions. A model that's missing an input asks for it rather than guessing.
