Google Workspace
Let Miles run your Google Workspace: search and send Gmail (including in-thread replies), manage and reschedule your calendar, find free time, look up contacts, read Drive, Docs, and Sheets, and pull attendance, transcripts, and recordings from your Google Meet calls.
Open SKILL.md skill — use it with any AI agent. Recommended with Miles, the Bizer agent, which runs it out of the box.
How it works
What this skill does
Connects Miles to your Google Workspace so he can work your inbox, schedule, contacts, and files — right inside your conversations.
- Gmail — search your mail with real Gmail power-search, send new emails,
and reply inside the original thread so conversations stay together. Miles can also tidy: archive noise (reversible — All Mail keeps it), mark FYIs read, and keep labels like *Leads* organized — always asking before a sweep, never deleting anything.
- Calendar — see what's coming up, create events, reschedule or cancel
(attendees get notified), and find your free time before booking.
- Google Meet — say "make it a video call" and the invite carries a real
Meet link. Free with your Google account; guests join from a browser.
- After the call — Miles can check who actually joined (and for how
long), read the transcript to write your recap and follow-ups, and find the recording in Drive. Transcripts and recordings need a paid Google Workspace plan and must be turned on during the call; if you connected Google before this shipped, one reconnect adds the permission.
- Contacts — look up a customer's email or phone, and import them into People.
- Drive, Docs & Sheets — find a file (or your latest ones), read a Doc, and
answer questions straight from a spreadsheet's tabs (read-only).
Before Miles sends or schedules anything
Miles always shows you the exact email or event and waits for your go-ahead before anything sends, books, moves, or cancels.
