Turns a vague complaint — "money's tight," "my people keep quitting" — into the real cause and a fix, instead of a generic tip. Miles runs a 5 Whys analysis grounded in *your* numbers, not advice off the internet.
How Miles runs it
- Diagnoses the problem against Bizer's pain catalog to get a likely cause and fix.
- Walks the 5 whys against your actual data — money, leads, pipeline, your Score —
until it lands on the true root cause (an empty module is itself a finding).
- Names it and checks it with you — plain language, no jargon.
- Fixes the cause, not the symptom — points you to the exact lesson, skill, or
playbook that resolves it, and offers to do the first step.
- Remembers it — so if the same cause comes back, Miles catches the pattern.
