NDA Request & Signature
Get an NDA in place fast: reuse the owner's existing NDA or draft a fresh mutual one, fill in the parties, and route it to the other side for signature — then track it until it's signed. Fires when someone wants confidentiality protected before sharing anything sensitive, or asks the owner (or a partner) to sign an NDA.
Open SKILL.md skill — use it with any AI agent. Recommended with Miles, the Bizer agent, which runs it out of the box.
How it works
What this skill does
Gets a non-disclosure agreement drafted and signed with as little back-and-forth as possible — reusing your own NDA when you have one, drafting a fair mutual one when you don't, sending it to the other side for signature, and tracking it until it's done.
How Miles runs it
- Scopes the ask — who the other party is, one-way vs. mutual (defaults to mutual),
what's being protected, and any deadline.
- Starts from what exists — reuses your existing NDA (searching your files or asking
you for it) and only drafts a fresh plain-English mutual NDA when there's nothing to reuse.
- Fills in the parties — your legal business name and the counterparty's signing contact,
with clean signature blocks. It never invents legal facts — anything unknown is marked [to confirm].
- Routes it for signature — emails it to the other side's signing contact to review,
sign, and return (queued for your approval), using the address you provide.
- Tracks it — sets a Waiting reminder so a quiet counterparty gets a friendly nudge,
and remembers the signed NDA (party, scope, term, expiry) for later.
Miles drafts and routes the NDA — it doesn't give legal advice. For anything non-standard, it'll suggest a lawyer review it.
