Inbox Zero
A ten-minute daily email triage: Miles sweeps the inbox, flags what actually needs the owner, drafts the replies for approval, and turns emails into tasks and customers — until the inbox is quiet.
Open SKILL.md skill — use it with any AI agent. Recommended with Miles, the Bizer agent, which runs it out of the box.
How it works
What this skill does
Say "catch me up on my inbox" and Miles runs a real triage — the ten-minute daily habit that keeps email from running your day.
- Sweeps the unread mail that matters (promotions and social are counted,
not listed).
- Buckets it: needs a reply, becomes a task, FYI, or noise — leads first,
because speed on a lead is money.
- Drafts the replies in your voice, threaded into the original
conversation. Each one waits for your tap before it sends.
- Captures the rest — action items become dated tasks, new customers land
in People.
- Cleans up after itself — with your OK, the promo pile and dead threads
get archived (reversible — All Mail keeps everything) and summarized FYIs get marked read, so the unread badge finally tells the truth.
- Reports the score — what's handled, what's waiting on your tap, and the
two words you're after: *inbox quiet*.
And the routine comes to you: each morning a brief card lands in your Stream — "3 emails need you" — when the inbox has real work. No card means nothing needs you. (Toggle it in Settings → Notifications.)
