Meet Miles

Who Miles is, what he knows, and the three ways to open him.

Miles is your AI sidekick. Ask him anything about your business — from *"What should I work on today?"* to *"Draft a reply to this customer."* He reads your data, remembers key facts across conversations, and can act on your behalf once you approve it.

Opening Miles

• Tap the Miles button in the center of the bottom tab bar.
• Tap any Stream card — the chat opens with that card's

context already loaded.

• Tap the prompt bar on the home screen. It rotates through suggested questions.

What Miles knows

• Your business profile, built during setup.
• Everything in your modules: people, tasks, invoices, plan, campaigns.
• His own Memory — plain-text notes you can read and edit.
• Whatever your connections expose: Gmail, Calendar,

Drive, your accounting, your bank feed.

What Miles can do

Connecting a tool is what grants Miles access to it. Once Google Workspace is connected he can read and draft mail; once Stripe is connected he can see payments. Skills are the know-how for specific jobs, and the approval gate is what keeps him from doing anything outward-facing without your tap.
