Conduct strategic planning for the business

At the Grow stage you need a plan bigger than this quarter. Strategic planning sets your direction for the next 1-3 years — where you're going, how you'll get there, and what you'll say no to.

Do this

1. Revisit your vision: where should the business be in 3 years?
2. Set the few big strategic priorities to get there.
3. Decide what you'll deliberately NOT do.
4. Break the strategy into annual and quarterly goals.

Then cascade into quarterly goals. Strategy without "not doing" is just a wish list.
