Implement weekly leadership meetings

As the team grows, decisions and problems can't all wait for you. A short weekly leadership meeting keeps the people running things aligned, surfaces issues early, and drives the priorities forward.

Do this

  1. Set a fixed weekly time with your key people.
  2. Use a consistent agenda: metrics, priorities, issues.
  3. Solve the top issues in the room, assign owners.
  4. End with clear next steps and who owns each.

Weekly Leadership Meeting Agenda

Same agenda, same time, every week (60 min):

1. METRICS (10m) — are we on track? key numbers 2. PRIORITIES (10m) — progress on quarterly goals 3. ISSUES (30m) — surface, discuss, and DECIDE the top 2-3 4. ACTIONS (10m) — who does what by when

Rule: leave with decisions and owners, not just discussion.
