Maintain multiple marketing channels

Relying on one marketing channel is a risk a buyer will discount you for. Maintaining multiple channels means lead flow survives if any one source dries up — making revenue more durable and the business more valuable.

Do this

  1. Keep at least two or three proven channels running.
  2. Track performance so each earns its place.
  3. Avoid over-dependence on any single source (e.g. one ad platform).
  4. Document each so they transfer to a new owner.

Marketing Channel Resilience Checklist

  • 2-3+ proven channels actively producing
  • No single channel > ~50% of leads
  • Each channel documented and repeatable
  • Performance tracked per channel
  • Not dependent on the owner's personal network
