Identify the basic steps required to deliver the work
Every job you do has steps — even if they only live in your head. Writing down the basic steps to deliver your work is the first move toward doing it consistently and one day handing it off.
Do this
- Walk through your last job and jot down each step from start to finish.
- Keep it simple — 5 to 10 steps is plenty to start.
- Save it as a procedure in Bizer so it's not just in your head.
- Use it on the next job and fix any steps that were missing.

- Recall your most recent job start to finish
- Write each step in order (aim for 5-10)
- Note who does each step and how long it takes
- Save it as a Procedure in Bizer
- Follow it on the next job and refine
