Never open your inbox scared again

The worst part of email is the not-knowing — opening the inbox blind, bracing for what's in there. Now Miles reads it first: every morning a card sums up your inbox before you ever open it. "3 emails need you — the Anderson lead first." And when nothing needs you, there's no card at all. Silence is the good news.

Do this

1. It's already on: every morning around 7, Miles runs the same triage that powers your Inbox screen and posts one card to your Stream — only when something actually needs you.
2. Tap "Work the inbox" to land on the Inbox screen with reply drafts ready to send, or "Triage with Miles" to clear it in chat, top priority first.
3. No card? That IS the report. Nothing needs you — go build something instead of checking email to make sure.
4. Prefer quiet mornings entirely? Settings → Notifications → Morning inbox brief turns it off (and back on) any time.
5. Pairs with everything you've built: drafts come out in your voice (Ghostwriter), replies that ask for things get tracked (Waiting On), and the cleanup pile actually gets archived (Inbox Zero).
