Turn Google Contacts into a working customer list

Your Google Contacts are a phone book; Bizer's People is a memory. Miles can look anyone up mid-task — "email the plumber about Thursday" just works — and import the contacts worth tracking into People, where notes, jobs, and follow-ups attach to them.

Do this

1. Mid-task lookup, no setup: "Email Marcus the electrician about Thursday" — Miles pulls the address from your Google Contacts.
2. Check who's there: "Search my contacts for anyone at Henderson Property."
3. Import the ones that matter: ask Miles to bring your customers into People so notes and follow-ups stick to them (he dedupes against existing records).
4. From then on, one name carries everything: "What's the story with Jane?" gets her contact info, history, and open tasks in one answer.
