Five power moves that combine Gmail, Calendar, and Drive

The real magic isn't one tool — it's Miles chaining them. Meeting prep pulled from your own email and files, invoice chasing that finds the thread and drafts the nudge, lead replies with times you're actually free. One sentence from you, three tools working behind it.

Do this

  1. MEETING PREP — "Prep me for my 2pm": Miles reads the event, pulls your last emails with the attendee and the Drive files that mention them, and hands you a one-screen brief.
  2. INVOICE CHASE — "Who owes me money and hasn't replied?": he finds the invoice threads with no answer and drafts a friendly, threaded nudge for each — you tap to send.
  3. LEAD RESPONSE — "Answer the new lead and offer times": he drafts the reply with two or three slots pulled from your real availability, so the lead books instead of stalling.
  4. NO-SHOW RECOVERY — "Reschedule this morning's no-show": new slot found, event moved, courtesy email drafted, all waiting on your taps.
  5. FRIDAY WRAP — "What did I promise people this week?": he sweeps your sent mail for commitments and turns each into a dated task so the weekend stays yours.

The five prompts

Prep me for my next meeting. Who owes me money and hasn't replied? Answer the new lead and offer them times I'm actually free. Reschedule this morning's no-show and send an apology. What did I promise people this week?
