How to pitch local property managers via LinkedIn

Commercial property managers are the single biggest source of repeat work for service trades. A short, specific LinkedIn pitch lands more meetings than a polished cold email.

Do this

  1. Search LinkedIn for “property manager” + your city. Filter to 2nd-degree connections first.
  2. Send a 3-line connection request: who you are, the specific service, ask for a 10-minute intro call.
  3. Don't pitch in the request. Wait for them to accept, then follow up with one concrete example of a similar building you serve.
  4. Aim for 5 messages a day. The volume — not the wording — drives the meetings.
