Identify reliable marketing channels
Throwing marketing at every channel burns time and money. Identifying the few channels that reliably bring customers lets you stop guessing and double down on what works.
Do this
- List where your customers actually come from today (ask them).
- Track which channels produce real leads, not just clicks.
- Cut or pause the channels that produce nothing.
- Put more time and budget into your top 1-2 channels.
Marketing Channel Audit
- Ask every new customer how they found you
- List each channel (Google, referrals, social, etc.)
- Note leads and customers from each, not just reach
- Pause anything that hasn't produced in 60 days
- Reinvest in your top 1-2 performers
